The Measure And Regional Difference Analysis On China’s Inclusive Growth

Economic growth is an eternal topic.But if the growth of economic is at the costof unbalanced development of environment and society,this kind of development ismore harm than good.Since the reform and opening up policy30years ago, thespeed-oriented growth model indeed leads to a quantum leap on China’seconomy.However, with the deepening of the reform, this leap has not improved thequality of economic growth.Besides,the economic growth can not solve accumulatedsocial and economic problems several years in China.Fortunately,inclusive growth canpromote a more equal and harmonious growth, and also coincides with the thinking ofthe scientific concept of development.It is of great significance to solve social andenvironmental pollution problems in current rapid development stage.Firstly,based on the deep analysis of inclusive growth,this essay builds thescientific index system of economy inclusive growth by use of the subjective andobjective method after three indicators discernment such as discernment analysis,correlation analysis and cluster analysis.This index system includes four dimensionssuch as sustaination, coordination, fairness and effectiveness.Secondly, during themeasure of the economic growth level, this essay builds weighted TOPSISmethod,factor analysis,and the gray correlation method.By use of KendallConsistency coefficient tests to the three sorting methods, the result shows that thesemethods remain highly consistency.Through this test,given to the advantages anddisadvantages of the different evaluation methods, this essay builds a weightedcombination of the evaluation model based on the reliability analysis. We also get thefinal ranking of30provices and cities through weighting previous three rankingresults.Based on the final result of the sequence,this essay carried out an in-depthanalysis on the regional difference in inclusive growth by use of GEODA095i andspatial statistics.The result shows that there is a clear spatial heterogeneity inclusivelevel in different regions.Besides,it presents a gradually decreasing trend of transitionfrom east to west.Finally, this essay tries to explain the causes of our inclusiveregional differences from inside and outside aspects,and put s forward policy topromote the weakness in different regions.
