As China’s financial market gradually opening, Numerous large internationalBanks has accelerated the pace of expansion in China rely on their own advantage inthe retail business. At the same time, with the rapid development of China’s economy,people’s financial needs become more diversified. But for a long time, the retailbusiness had been ignored by China’s banking industry. Therefore, as the the mainplaces to develop the retail business, commercial banks need to improve the internalconstruction, which directly affects the network marketing ability. China ConstructionBank launched the network transformation project in2006, through the transformationof outlets by the transaction accounting to service marketing, so as to enhance thenetwork service ability and marketing ability. For CCB Zhuzhou Chengnan Branch oftwo generation of the transition period,research on Strategies of improving marketingability is not only important help for its marketing ability in a long time, but also toensure the smooth realization of second generation transformation of greatsignificance.Based on the theme of enhance the marketing ability of Zhuzhou ChengnanBranch of CCB, the paper firstly analyses the factors of affecting the ability ofcommercial bank network marketing, the factors were divided into three points whichare network market positioning, professional level, standardization level; thenconduct the market positioning of CCB Zhuzhou Chengnan branch, the regionalpositioning in the market are the municipal business center and transportation hub, itscustomer positioning is medium customer which include developmental customer andrich customer; and then proposes strategies to enhance the professional level ofZhuzhou Chengnan branch, in the professional team construction,it should make cleareach post role allocating and the construction of a professional marketing team, in theprofessional management, that shall do a good job of network basic management andsite management, make the staff scheduling flexibility, regular meetinginstitutionalize and conduct the internal marketing and build team culture; finally, thepaper puts forward the suggestions to enhance the standardization level of ZhuzhouChengnan Branch, standardization business process get improvement from twoaspects of business operation process and service marketing process, andstandardization facilities needs hierarchical developing based on outstanding network marketing functions.
