In the trend of digital,network and intelligent revolution,By embedding financial products into customers' daily high-frequency scenes and infiltrating into investment and wealth management and consumer credit,financial services are more and more down to earth,depend on mobile and network,and convenient.The impact is huge,and the relationship between banks and customers is weakening.On the one hand,there is incentive competition between financial institutions,and at the same time,it faces the cross-border challenges of third parties.Sticking to the position,the bank still has a huge space for survival and development in the process of serving th e country,serving the real economy,and serving the people's lives.By collecting and collating relevant literature on marketing capabilities at home and abroad,combined with the management experience of banks,This paper takes the bank's sub-branch as the research object and conducts the exploration of marketing capabilities.The purpose is to better utilize the banking service functions and help banks to develop from the utilization.This paper has carried out a comprehensive and in-depth analysis of the three dimensions of market-driven,channel management and product marketing that affect the sub-branch bank,And then,gives targeted improvement suggestion.According to the theory of organizational behavior,from the perspectives of leaders,groups,individuals,this paper provides the methods of strengthening the team system,financial system,service system,and the use of big data.Through the analysis of the marketing capabilities of Changde CCB sub-branch,this paper provides some effective measures for the comprehensive man agement of the sub-branch banks,so as to improve the marketing ability and provide customers with more intelligent and warm financial services while achieving business objectives.
