Agricultural Bank of China Changde branch by the performance evaluation and excitation mechanism of the traditional, for under the jurisdiction of branch and staff mainly profit index as the performance evaluation standard and carry on the short-term incentive, easy to overlook the jurisdiction of the value creation ability and is not conducive to maximize shareholder value, but also ignored the long-term incentive to employees, long-term is not conducive to the development of the Agricultural Bank of China Changde branch. Although the performance evaluation and excitation mechanism in recent years to improve the Agricultural Bank of China Changde branch of Agricultural Bank of China has gradually become the focus of high-level attention, but how to improve for the performance evaluation of the Agricultural Bank of China Changde branch itself and incentive mechanism, arouse general managers and employees work enthusiasm, realize the actual situation of the incentive theory and the Agricultural Bank of China Changde branch of the harmonious combination still deserve further study.Based on the performance evaluation of domestic and foreign advanced and motivation theory, the existence of the Agricultural Bank of China Changde branch performance evaluation and incentive mechanism, and how to introduce the EVA concept in the performance evaluation, improve the incentive mechanism are studied systematically. First of all, the article in the second chapter of the performance evaluation, material incentive and spiritual incentive are analyzed, and on the introduction and analysis of Agricultural Bank of China Changde branch of the current performance evaluation and incentive system status in the third chapter. Through the analysis, this paper argues that there exist some problems in the Agricultural Bank of China Changde branch of the incentive system, including performance appraisal index failed to reflect the maximum value, the rewards and punishment system is nonlinear, the salary design unreasonable, competition and promotion way is single and internal training more personnel than work available. Then the problem for these one one are analyzed, and some measures were put forward, including performance appraisal index system of introduction of EVA concept, construction of EVA performance rewards and punishment system, the establishment of new to the employee’s salary incentive system, the introduction of foreign advanced competition and promotion mechanism.This paper breaks through the traditional view of the incentive mechanism, combined with Agricultural Bank of China Changde branch of its own situation, study the theory and practice to the promotion of the Agricultural Bank of China Changde branch performance evaluation quality and reasonable salary system, is conducive to the improvement of Agricultural Bank of China Changde branch of the current incentive mechanism for the Agricultural Bank of China, other branches and other business to solve the incentive problem of bank reference.
