As China’s manufacture industry booms, an increasing number of Chineseenterprises start to penetrate overseas market. Some of them have been quite successfulin overseas market. However, for a large number of the enterprises, especial the firmwith manufacturing high added-value products, the road of them is not smooth. Thecomprehensive competition strength of the enterprise is one reason. But anotherimportant problem cannot be neglected. That is, most of them haven’t realized theimportance of marketing management in the process of their overseas marketpenetration. Even though a few of them start to realize the necessity of marketing, theyare stuck with lack of experience and troubled with finding a proper way of doinginternational marketing work. Thus, for almost all China’s products, the only way ofcompetition is low-price. It brings about an unilateral understanding of China’smanufacture, their values are underestimated, and lack proper image are formed in theinternational market. China’s index-able cutting tools manufacture enterprise is in suchan embarrassing situation of international competition.According to my own work experience, research and second-hand material, as theauthor of I endeavor to analyze ZCCCT’s international marketing from dynamicperspective. In the beginning, proceeding with characteristics of the international cuttingtools industry and international competition pattern, the essay analyze the marketcompetitiveness and ZCCCT’s status-quo. And it follows with the causes, the progressand the way ZCCCT’s international marketing to date. After that, from theory andpractice two angles, it related ZCCCT’s international marketing strategy. And then, thestrategy implementation and effect was evaluated. In the end of this essay, it comes tothe conclusion that ZCCCT carried out a suitable for themselves international marketingstrategy and effective marketing tactics in a certain stage. And the author puts forwardhis own opinions and suggestions.International marketing development is the road must be taken by enterprises inorder to adapt to the international competition.Through the study of this essay, hopeexploring the international marketing strategy of China’s firms with cutting toolsmanufacture. The author also anticipates to gain the thoughts used for reference to thepractical work through this study.
