However, China Minsheng Bank dedicates to solve suchproblems. Through their painstaking service and splendid products, China MinshengBank has made a great achievement in the small and micro finance.At the same time, with the improvement of electronic commerce, the businessmodel has changed a lot. The internet platform has become the most important salespath of small and micro enterprise. And even several electronic enterprises areengaged in petty loan business. As a pioneer of small and micro finance, ChinaMinsheng Bank is searching a new model which combined commercial bank andelectronic commerce.In such situations, this paper analyses the challenges and chances ChinaMinsheng Bank is facing at first. And then, it tries to construct the new model namedElectronic-Supply-Chain-Model which consist of commercial bank, small and microenterprises, electronic enterprise and logistic company. Finally, this paper made afeasibility analysis and draw a conclusion that the Electronic-Supply-Chain-Modelcan both promote small and micro enterprises’ development and accord their futurestrategy.
