| Based on the literature review, the cost of economic transition was defined andthe cost of the transition during the1978-2011periods was studied. According tothat the nature of the "non-equilibrium" was the core nodes of measure, theindicating framework of economic restructuring was built which includes theeconomic cost decided by production (products and services) in the trading partnersof the economic system, the social cost determined by the way of organization andthe media cost determined by the way of running and supporting. On the basis oftheoretical studies, the index system of the transition cost measure was established,then the indexes were weighted to get economic cost index, social cost index andmedia cost index. Then combination weighting was used to get economicrestructuring index. And the stage and prediction of the economic transition costwere empirically analyzed. The main contents are as follows.Initially, by combining the domestic and international literature of the cost ofeconomic transformation, existed research achievements are reviewed and furtherresearch was directed as well. What’s more, the connotation of the cost of economictransformation was analyzed and defined in depth. Economic cost, social cost andmedia cost are included; three areas were analyzed and defined in depth.Secondly, based on theoretical research for separating the cost of economicrestructuring into economic cost, social cost and media cost, cost of economicrestructuring measure index system was built. After having the indexes standardizedand conformed, according to whether the information among data have differences,average weight was used to get economic cost index and social cost index, whileweighting method of the coefficient of variation was used to get media cost index.By the method of combination objective weight, the economic transformation costindex was got.Ultimately, the economic transformation cost index was measured empirically,and phase and prediction analysis was done to the index. The following conclusionsare obtained:(1) the media cost index had a significant impact to the economictransformation cost index;(2) The correlation among the economic cost index, socialcost index and media cost index is very strong;(3) From1978to2011,the economicrestructuring cost showed a slight decrease and then a clear upward trend;(4) The cost of economic restructuring showed the significant phase characteristics;(5)From the trend of the economic transformation cost index in recent years andforecasting result, it had a slow growth in recent years, already showed decliningtrend. |
