Hunan branch company of China Datang Corporation set up in September2003, it is the first branch company in China Datang Corporation. Until the end of2010, its total installed capacity is609390MW, accounting for24percent of the totalprovince while thermal power covering43.98percent of the total province thermalpower dispatch capacity, which devote great work for Hunan province electric powerconstruction. Under “market coal, planned electricity” reality, how to lower the costand realize the closed loop control of standardized, fine and whole processmanagement of fuel is a serious situation putting on the Hunan branch company ofChina Datang corporation.Based on the thoughts of integration, this thesis establlishes the standardprocedure of fuel management.The delicacy management of fuel cost is realizedthrough the seamless integration of data between the production and fuel, whichprovide the timely support for desicion making of branch office. The optimization offuel management for Hunan Branch of Datang Corporation, including the wholeprocess of fuel operation and business activities analysis, is achieved by applying thecomputer network technique to collect and integrate the data automatically from therail weigher, distribution, coal yard, financial department and production department. A full set of security system of integrated fuel management has been established andthe strategic management objectives of enhancing fuel management, reducing fuel costand maximizing the profit of enterprises have been realized.
