| With China’s increasing attention to the development of civil aviation industry and the continuous expansion of market demand for civil aircraft,China’s civil aviation industry has entered a period of great development,great innovation and great adjustment.On the one hand,the state’s investment and layout of civil aviation industry has brought opportunities for many enterprises;On the other hand,domestic civil aviation enterprises are facing more and more fiercer competition due to the rising labor and materials,the implementation of military bidding policy and the gradually opened military business to private enterprises.On This background,in order to quickly adapt to the change of the external environment and fully grasp the development opportunities,AVIC Landing Gear Co.,Ltd.’s civil aircraft business is in an urgent need of strategic guidance so as to establish competitive advantages and continue to maintain its leading position in the landing gear field.This paper takes AVIC Landing Gear Co.,Ltd.’s civil aircraft business as the research object,firstly,this paper expounds the research background,significance,content and methods,and summarizes the strategic management theory,resource-based theory and military-civilian integration researches.Secondly,this paper reveals the opportunities and threats of civil aircraft business through PEST analysis and Porter’s five Forces analysis,and clears the advantages and disadvantages of civil aircraft business through resource and capability analysis,thereby constructing a SWOT matrix for civil aircraft business.Then,in order to achieve the vision&mission and strategic development goals of civil aircraft business,this paper further developes growth-type overall strategy and professional-type business strategy,and establishes the functional strategy from the marketing,financing,HR,R&D and other dimensions.At last,this paper describes the three stages of strategy implementation in detail,builds the strategic planning model of civil aircraft business,affirms the principles of strategic planning and formulates complete strategy implementation safeguard measure from five aspects:optimizing the company’s organizational structure,strengthening the company’s human resources security,strengthening internal control and financial security,improving the company’s management system and strengthening the company’s culture security to ensure that the established strategies are effectively implemented and solidified.The research of this paper has provided a reference to formulate the development strategy for AVIC Landing Gear Co.,Ltd’s civil aircraft business,and also provided a certain reference for other aviation manufacturing enterprises of the same type to develop civil aircraft business. |
