Development strategy is to develop long-term development goals for theenterprise, according to their own situation, combined with the development impactof the outside world and other factors, developed for the enterprise development plan,it looks at the future of the business enterprise development direction. In today’s richmaterial life, people dining improve in the restaurant on the spending power alsoincreased, which brought about development opportunities for the catering company,also raised new challenges, we must address the needs of the public, combined withown development practical, accurate positioning, the development of scientificdevelopment strategy in order to achieve sustained development.Shi Xian catering company is a business of high-end Hunan restaurant "Gordonfamily kitchen", has made considerable progress in recent years in the developmentprocess. With the continuous improvement of the operating level, the continuousexpansion of the business scope of the original development ideas showed itslimitations, and is not suitable for the level of development of the existing company,is an urgent need to design a set of effective development strategy. In this paper, thedevelopment strategy of the food now catering company as the object of study, theintegrated use of literature search, survey and other research methods chart, firstfrom both internal and external environment, this paper introduces the developmentstatus of the food now catering company; then this is the background to build thefood now catering company’s development strategy and functional strategies; Finally,the development of the problems you might encounter in the process ofimplementation of the strategy, targeted to develop safeguards, including enterprisesystem and organizational structure innovation to improve their corecompetitiveness force, strengthening of human resources management and its perfectfour aspects of performance management.Through theoretical combination of the actual research, the general strategicmanagement theory is applied to a specific enterprise development practice, hopes tobe beneficial to the long-term development and reform of food now cateringcompany.
