O2O mode as a new business model, the restaurant will move to the Internet and realize the online orders and the offline enjoy, effectively combining advantages of the network application and traditional market, the online and offline form a complete closed-loop, and it provides a new idea that the catering industry develop well. The O2 O mode is a multi-level and multi-dimensional ecological system, therefore the diversity and deepening development of enterprises will pay more attention to the experience of online and offline products and service integration standardization. Jiangxi Fengcheng Shibohui catering institutions was established in 2009, adhering to "honesty and credit, innovation and change, recruit talent, serving the public," it rises in catering industry in Fengcheng, institution has six branches and a school canteens, melting large social catering, homely dishes, modern fashion catering as a whole, leading the new fashion of Gan cuisine restaurant.According to the domestic and abroad O2 O business model research results and practical experience on the basis, this paper discusses the Fengcheng Shibohui catering institutions about O2 O business model elements and optional mode, in-depth analyze O2 O business model of macroeconomic and microcosmic environment and with SWOT analysis conclusion, putting forward strategies for the agency. The paper shows that Fengcheng Shibohui catering institutions implement O2 O business model is facing many challenges: the Fengcheng catering market tends to saturation, profit margins decreased year after year, due to the low barriers, it is a great temptation for investors, the entrants have different demands for profitability and much alternatives and substitute, surplus products, catering industry bargaining ability is weak and the fierce competition, catering industry has mostly some old customers or customer groups; brand and consumer environmental requirements continue to improve, personalized catering, convenient, intelligent quality services more and more favored by consumers; Fengcheng Shibohui catering institutions is not familiar with itself business. Due to O2 O business model can effectively avoid unpredictability of the traditional marketing model, combining the online order and offline consumer,not only can help organizations to obtain more market share to improve efficiency in the use of resources and reduce operating costs, but also can as far as possible to provide more quality products and services for customers,Fengcheng Shibohui catering institutions should flow and play their own characteristics and advantages, to seize the opportunities of Internet plus,through complete existing commercial O2 O mode, online integrated PC client + mobile + Wechat resources, offline integrated brand marketing + service + customer management measures, to create a intelligent restaurant, it makes O2 O business model really implement in an impregnable position in fierce catering industry competition.
