Risk Management Research Of Electric Vehicle In Electric Service Network Project

Due to the predatory development of resources, energy shortage is a problem in today’s society which we have to face. Cars bring surge in demand for resources; the rapid development of the negative effects on the environment is becoming more and more attention. Electric vehicle as a new energy vehicle in the environmental protection and energy conservation is considered a strategic innovation project. The development of electric vehicles with matching in the construction of electric network has an essential link; therefore, electric car charger for electric network has become an important aspect of the electric vehicle development. Based on the case of electric car intelligent charger for electric service network in Shandong province, this paper analyses the defects of electrical service network in the project management and put forward innovation points in project management. By the research of risk management in electric network project, it sums up coping strategy of electric car charge in electric network risk, and puts forward the developing trend and suggestion of electric network in Shandong province, so as to provide reference for electric network in the future development.Network design standards of Shandong province are adopted by state grid corporation, Shandong province purging electric service network project risk mainly comes from the environment, construction, economy and organization management, etc., it analyses all kinds of risks which the electricity service network faces, from the external, power environmental risk is the main factors of safe development rapidly in electric network, from the internal, organization management plays a crucial role in mobilizing the construction and operation of electric car red power station project, according to these risks, the author puts forward the coping strategies from the electricity environment, cost, and the internal organization management. The author analyses the development trend of electric vehicle from the angle of project risk, and puts forward suggestions for the whole intelligent charger in the construction of the electrical service network operation, the research has promoting effects to promote the industry development of electric vehicles and has good reference significance and practical significance to adopt network design of Shandong province.
