In this paper, through a comprehensive and systematic research, analyzes current situation of electric vehicle charging stations in Beijing, focusing on the needs, size appropriate and reasonable layout, construction services to co-ordinate a new system of charging stations to guide the orderly development of electric vehicles in Beijing, with a view to practical application has been successful.In this paper, electric car charging stations in Beijing project design was optimized for the problems of charging stations were analyzed, some suggestions for policy, planning and design. In addition, focusing on the capacity for rational charging station is also proposed to optimize the design of the key parameters of the model.This article focuses on the layout for the network of charging stations in Beijing optimized for a more in-depth analysis and research, a mathematical model combined with related mathematical theory; between the city and the city from the two dimensions of different charging station network layout, proposed two solutions solution.Combined with the use of the Beijing city needs a car, using central place theory of how electric vehicle charging station network planning within the city, how to determine the service radius, providing academic reference for engineering applications.Combined with the demand for automobiles in Beijing highway use, using linear road model to solve the city’s main road link between the charging station network layout problem, how to determine the charging station spacing,for engineering applications academic reference.
