During the development of knowledge economy and global economic integration,multinational companies are accelerating their pace of global expansion. Human resourcesare increasingly becoming the most important and core strategic resources in the globalcompetition of multinational companies. Only those have advantages in human resourceswill become the winner in the competition. How to manage and make good use of this vitalresource has become one of the core strategies which support the enterprise’s sustainabledevelopment in the management activities of multinational company managers and HRprofessionals.Human resource management is an important component of modern businessmanagement section, and is increasingly becoming a core management module in companymanagement. Traditional human resource management model has been unable to meet thestrategic development needs of multinational companies. In1990s, the born of HRbusiness partner theory provided the theoretical basis and practice principle to thetransition of HR management model. Now, the HR business partner model is more andmore popular in many multinational companies and demonstrating its more effectivenessin HR management model as well. Combining theory with practice, this article will studyand analyze the pilot activity of the design and management of HR Business Partner modelin current multinational company M China. And our study will focus on the feasibility,functional design, operation and management experience of HR Business Partner system.We hope it can provide certain values for the multinational companies as well as domesticenterprises which have implemented and plan to implement this model.Of course, this article will also start with M China Company to find out the advantageof HR business partner system, and also the objective of next stage, in particular, how toavoid various risks in the actual operation, including optimization suggestions within theorganization, as well as the application of the system suggestions and so on. I hope thisarticle can provide more and more useful references for multinational and domesticenterprises in their HR business partner system design and operation, so that it can betterhelp these enterprises to achieve dominance in China’s human resources market.
