With the development of highly developed Internet,cloud computing,artificial intelligence and other technologies,we have begun to enter the digital economy era rapidly.Under the background of the digital economy era,key words such as big data,sharing,intelligence and cloud are well known.These things are changing our political,economic and social environment dramatically.Under such a background,enterprises are facing more and more uncertain challenges.How to ensure that enterprises can timely adapt to the trend of the times and constantly adjust the corresponding strategies in the process of change,human resources play an increasingly important role in this process.Human resources management has been pushed to the front stage in this era,and has been given a new mission and responsibility.Under the guidance of the theory of human resources management and human resources business partnership management,this paper firstly explains the general situation of A company and the necessity of implementing human resources business partnership.At the same time,it deeply explains the main content,development process and operation model of human resources business partnership management of A company.Through a comprehensive analysis,this paper makes a detailed analysis of the current situation of the implementation of human resources business partners in Company A,and summarizes the experience of the implementation of human resources business partners through the practice of Company A.Then,the paper investigates and analyses the effect of the implementation of the current human resources business partners of Company A,digs out the problems and reasons faced in the actual management process,and uses the fuzzy evaluation method to quantitatively analyze and evaluate the implementation effect of the current human resources business partners.Finally,based on the results of the survey and evaluation,this paper elaborates on the goal,construction and operation of the human resources business partner management of Company A in detail,and puts forward relevant optimization strategies.Through this study,we can have a deep understanding and understanding of the implementation effect of RBP management model with Chinese characteristics of A company.It also provides reference and reference for other enterprises in implementing the transformation of human resources business partner management,and further enriches the theoretical research on HRBP management practice.
