| Background:Biomedicine industry is a technology and knowledge intensive industry with high-input, high-risk, high-return, and the potential market of it is very considerable, it is related to people’s health, economic development and national security, biomedicine industry has become one of the most competitive high-tech industry in the international. Industry Cluster is the best organizational model for biological medicine industry. Many countries in the world have emerged a large number of biological medicine industrial cluster, they have made tremendous contributions to regional economic and industrial development. So far China has made breakthrough in the field of biological medicine industry cluster construction.Objective:Through the study of biomedical industry cluster, this paper analysis the technology innovation network system of cluster,constitute the main part and function division of labor. The paper also make further efforts through the comparative evaluation of six biological in order to find the strengths and the weaknesses in innovation capability of biomedical industry clusters. Base all of these, the paper put forward to enhance the innovation capability of in biomedical industry clusters such as Taizhou.Methods:Literature study; interviews; Statistics and analysis method.Result: establishes an innovation network model of biological medicine industry cluster. Based on these, the article establish an evaluating indicators system of innovation ability in biomedical industry cluster. Formation the technology innovation system’s network structure of biomedical industry cluster, and states the main body and function of it from three levels. List of technology innovation strategy from ten points of two aspects, and provide a reference for Taizhou biomedical industry cluster and the similar industrial clusters of China. |
