With the development of China’s reform and opening up and the market economy, the market environment has become increasingly severe, the commercial banks are facing intensified competition between the same industries. Commercial profits main source of interest income on loans and advances to customers, commercial bank in order to get more profits, and occupy more market share, large enterprise groups became commercial banks strive objects.Within the large enterprise groups associated with trading complex, as well as bring high profits for commercial banks, it also brings a great deal of risk.In order to reduce the credit risk of large enterprise groups, commercial banks controlled by the same controller associated with the enterprise, using business model of Group credit. Although Group credit, compared with a single credit can reduce the credit risk, however, between commercial banks and the corporate clients information is asymmetric, the commercial banks can not fully grasp the information of the corporate clients. Commercial bank is unable to identify accurately the information of the corporate clients, this article aims to analyze how the commercial banks to reduce the risk of Group credit business. The object of this paper is C Bank. This paper have five parts.The first part is the introduction. Clarify the article research background, significance, research, and research methods, theory. The second part is C Bank’s group clients Credit Analysis. Detailed description of C Bank Group credit business status quo, citing two actual cases, that of Z and T Group’s credit project. The third part is the C Bank group client credit risk and cause analysis. Group credit risk analyzed from three aspects, these factors are Enterprise Group, commercial bank angle and other factors. The fourth part is to strengthen the C Bank corporate clients credit risk management, reduce the risk of group credit. The fifth part is conclusion. The study of this part of this article is a summary and analysis of the inadequacies of this article, the appropriate recommendations for improvement.
