In the era of knowledge economy,transforming personal knowledge into organizational knowledge is the key to enterprise's core competitiveness,so knowledge sharing is the core of knowledge management.How to effectively promote the knowledge sharing behavior of employees is a problem that managers must pay attention to.Since knowledge sharing among employees mostly depends on mutual trust,this paper explores the intrinsic mechanism of interpersonal trust on knowledge sharing through empirical research.The purpose of this paper is to make enterprise managers realize the psychological factors involved in employees'interpersonal trust and the important role of organizational atmosphere building.There are two main reasons why employees in enterprises are unwilling to share knowledge.One is that knowledge sharing may cause loss of self-interest,the other is that the enterprise knowledge sharing system has not been implemented fairly.Therefore,this paper introduces psychological security as a mediating variable and organizational justice as a moderating variable to study,which opens up a new direction of trust affecting knowledge sharing.At the same time,in view of China's research scenarios,this paper innovatively introduces the division method of general knowledge sharing and key knowledge sharing to carry out knowledge sharing research.As the main force of future work,the post-90s generation has strong information acquisition ability and willingness to share brought about by the growth of Internet environment,which makes its knowledge-sharing behavior more important for enterprises.Therefore,this paper collects 309 valid questionnaires for "post-90s" employees.The research hypothesis is tested by SPSS21.0.The conclusion is as follows:(1)Interpersonal trust among post-90s employees has a positive impact on knowledge sharing,general knowledge sharing and key knowledge sharing.(2)Organizational equity positively regulates the positive impact of interpersonal trust on knowledge sharing,general knowledge sharing and key knowledge sharing among post-90s employees.(3)Psychological safety of post-90s employees plays a part of intermediary role in the process of interpersonal trust on knowledge sharing and general knowledge sharing.However,the psychological safety of post-90s employees doesn't plays a part of intermediary role in the process of interpersonal trust on key knowledge sharing.Based on the research results,this paper puts forward three management suggestions from the perspectives of employee psychology and organizational climate:Enterprise managers should establish interpersonal trust within the enterprise,managers should implement the incentive system and promotion system fairly and create an atmosphere of knowledge sharing in the enterprise.Finally,some suggestions are put forward for the scholars who are going to study this direction.
