Human resource management is an important part of the modern enterprisemanagement while employee training is a very important part of human resourcemanagement. More and more managers of enterprises have paid enough attention tothe employee training. In order to enlarge the human resource in the process of theenterprise’s development, mangers mainly implement the target trough two methodsas below: employee recruitment and employee training. However, many employeesrecruited from these two methods are not able to satisfy the requirements of theenterprise actually. Even though they have recruited the right staffs, they are not ableto retain some of them. So many of the enterprises think that enhancing the employeetraining is able to help them retain the right staffs, which can improve the corecompetitiveness of a company. So many enterprises are aiming at the employeetraining to improve the ability of their staffs. Realizing that it attaches importance tothe enterprise’s sustainable development, especially in the current situation ofshortage of talents, many enterprises invest more money in the aspect of the employeetraining. In order to increase the quality of the training to let the staff apply theadvanced technology, enterprises are trying to find a better solution to solve thesevere problem.As it is known to all of us, there are many problems exiting in the process of theemployee training, which make the company not be able to follow the pace of theknowledge economic. As far as I am concerned, the employee training should notonly consider about the self development of the employees but also paying attention to market requirements. In this case, the paper will take the JBD as the researchobjective, which is based on the company’s training towards to new staffs. During theprocess of the research, the author will mention the current situation of the companyand the problems met with, including analyzing the reasons resulted in theseproblems exiting. Then it will apply some relevant theories and research results toimprove the training program of JBD, which is based on the actual situation of thiscompany. The new training program includes many kinds of training forms such asthe general training and characteristic training which is suitable for JBD’s actualsituation considering on its practical operability. I hope that the improved trainingprogram is useful to the increase the whole ability of its staffs and enhance thecompany’s core competiveness in the intensely competitive market.
