With the continuous growth of China’s GDP,Chinese medical device industrymaintains a rapid development,and an amount of social capital has floured into thisindustry in China. As multinational companies continue to increase their investment inChinese market, the state-owned enterprises are required to be prepared to face marketand product development in the fierce market based on competition, in which salesstaffs play an increasingly important role. In the competitive market environment, it isnecessary to take timely and effective training for sales personnel to improve theiroverall quality, which has a profound impact on the development of marvelouscorporate performance.This thesis makes a research on China Resources Wandong Company based onhuman source management theories and some other relevant ones. Through astatistical summary of the number of sales personnel, it is obvious that the averageage is declining, showing a younger trend. China Resources Wandong company’ssales continue to increase staff turnover replacement cost year by year, which iscertain to lead the company to extremely adverse effects in the future in terms ofbroadening the market. If this trend continues, the overall core competitiveness ofChina Resources Wandong Company will decline, attributing to the weakening of theability to control the market, so that foreign capital will dominate in China’s medicaldevice market, which endangers the enterprise the status of the Chinese medicaldevice field. If China’s enterprises intend to compete in the global economicenvironment with the globalization of the talent market, the ability has to be enhanced through corporate training, retaining sales talent and nurturing sales of the elite, whichis also a serious problem of China Resources Wandong. Since cheap labor is no longeran outstanding opportunity to rely on, corporate sales training business benefits turnto be important. Considering the relevant factors, training sales staff, who is to helpincrease sales, and to help improve their products in the market share, plays animportant role in corporate training objects to enhance the capacity and quality of thesales staff. This project has a profound impact and significance in promoting thedevelopment of enterprises in the future.Eventually, through the analysis of the China Resources Wandong Company’sexisting human source training system for objectives, resources, characteristics,environmental factors, this research makes a longitudinal analysis of the currenttraining system memory defects. By the analysis of the causes of specific issues, thisthesis intends to create a new training system design and personnel training, and puttsforward some basic principles of concrete solutions, arriving gradually at theformation of a long-term mechanism of staff training to promote the development ofthe company.
