Since the financial crisis, in the context of that the international economy issliding down and the domestic economy is facing a structural transformation, thevaluation system of capital markets is seriously affected, the stock market is relativelylow. Because of the accumulation of various securities firms during the bull market,and the policy of gradual relaxation, the Sales Department is accelerated expanding.To scramble for customers, increase market share, the commission rate warimmediately became the most direct means of the broker.Affected by this, theindustry average commission rate has been declining year by year, and was gettingworse. The competition among brokers is intensified, and the traditional brokeragebusiness encountered the bottleneck of the development, transformation is imminent.securities companies will reduce the proportion of the traditional brokerage businessprofits accounted for net profit as as the most important indicators to improvedcorporate earnings structure. October19,2010, the Commission issued, January1,2011started, the "Provisional Regulations on Securities Investment AdvisoryBusiness"(hereinafter referred to as the "Interim Provisions"), designed to regulatethe securities companies and securities investment consulting institutions engaged insecurities investment consultancy business, protecting investors’ legitimate rights andinterests."Interim Provisions" will enable the company’s securities investmentadvisory business has been standardized. It is conducive to enhancing the corecompetitiveness of securities services, also is a major change of brokerage businessprofit mode. In this paper, we make the investment advisory business development ofNortheast Securities C business department as the blueprint, clear the connotations ofinvestment advisory business, fully understand its significance. by statinginvestment advisory business situation and existing problems of Northeast SecuritiesC business department, combined with the experience of investment advisorybusiness model from the foreign and domestic outstanding securities, make a in-depthanalysis and research for investment advisory business. For example, the keyaffecting investment advisory business developments such as relatively simple profitmode, scarce investment consultants, immature and instable team, and inadequateperformance awards. Thie aim of this study is that how to solve the practicalproblems encountered by Northeast Securities C business department during thebusiness development of investment advisory business.
