Meantime, it carries forward the transformation and adjustment of brokerage business from various aspects actively, its brokerage business has already on the way of reform and development.However, during the reform, some problems are inevitable. This thesis focuses on the transformation of brokerage business of HUATAI company and provides some effective guidance on the transformation of brokerage business:(1) Related research on the development status of HUATAI securities company has been carried out and its business results have been put forward. An analysis is performed on the existing problems of the development of HUATAI securities company.(2) Considering the development status of HUATAI securities company, this thesis analyzes its development environment, including the development of domestic securities market and security business. A SWOT analysis on the development of HUATAI securities company has been presented and some strategic guidance will be given.(3) Based on the development status and development environment, a study on the future development strategy will be presented.
