Increasing sales and profits, as well as long-term customer service help is the pursuit of the two most important goals. As users demand diversification, market globalization, information technology development, market competition into a white-hot stage, the survival and development of enterprises which raised new challenges, enterprises into profit recovered from the production process of the sales team plays bridge, it is the enterprise product can successfully enter the market and delivered to the customer’s key. Efficient sales team to achieve their corporate marketing objectives, has a very important significance.As the sales team and its members independent of field work, the information asymmetry between team members, and because of the diverse needs of their own sales personnel and other characteristics, makes the management of the sales team and its members are more difficult. Plus many teams because of their poor management practices and measures, so that team members are often in inefficient state, it is difficult to play its due role. Therefore, the urgent need to strengthen the management of the sales team.This paper reviews and summarizes the relevant aspects of the past academic research, comprehensive relevant literature, on this basis, combined with the actual situation of the SEW company generated sales team performance of the reasons for the differences, and for each sales team provides solutions to problems strategies and recommendations.
