In the current a new global industrial transfer, the new trend in outsourcingservices to an emerging trade patterns emerge and to the rapid pace. TCS seize thisopportunity of the transfer of industries and has become one of the world’s topoutsourcing companies. This article on China’s service outsourcing status and problemsof analysis is based on theoretical outsourcing, TCS of China outsourcing services ofproposed the implementation of the recommendations and their localization strategy inChina’s development is based on the basis of this analysis.China’s service outsourcing market is currently making the rapid development ofthe growing influence of important, Chinese market and the huge potential economicbenefits is attracting more and more multinational service outsourcing enterprises thathave invested in China in the development and implementation of strategic planning.This paper describes the implementation of localization strategy of the reason, thestrategic planning and localization, the link between globalization and localization, andthe analysis under the financial crisis, the development of the company encounteredsome problems. Outsourcing is the enterprise in order to achieve increased efficiency,cost savings and enhance their core competitiveness and resilience to adapt theenvironment for the purpose of focusing on its core business, will outsource its non-core businesses to external specialized agencies to do management.Outsourcing with therapid development of the Internet boom. It consists the three parts, predominantly inBPO (Business Process Outsourcing), ITO (Information Technology Outsourcing),KPO (Knowledge Process Outsourcing). They collectively called these three as theservice outsourcing industry. Present economic toward globalization, coupled withChina ’s WTO accession, TCS Company values and adjust its China strategy, such asthe investment (investment structure、 investment mode) and the localization ofbusiness, etc., and thus adapt to emerging trends and thus the corresponding features.Here main represents TCS of development and investments of the direction andnew trends in China; TCS development strategy in China and its impact on the possibleimpact of China’s economy and some other issues were analyzed and described.Currently in development for China, needs to consider how to improve the local service outsourcing provider’s core competitiveness, how to develop the potential of the currentChinese outsourcing market, and even bring the whole development of China’s serviceoutsourcing industry, how they contribute to the development of service.All of theseneeds outsourcing industry by attracting foreign investment in China serviceoutsourcing industry. TCS also pointed out the motivation reason that the companyexpands the Chinese IT services outsourcing market, and the analysis of externalenvironment and internal environment is based on TCS of IT outsourcing services oflocalization strategy. A SWOT is used to analysis of current TCS of IT outsourcingmarket situation in China, and proposed outsourcing IT services of TCS with Chineselocalization strategy selection and implementation. TCS of IT outsourcing services todevelop the domestic market is facing many problems, especially its localizationstrategy and other issues.Can be said that the domestic market for outsourcing servicesis full of temptations and challenges to TCS. How TCS thru implementation of thestrategy to occupu the China market, will be the key to success.
