The implementation of Labor Contract Law and Interim Provisions on Labor Dispatch has had a great impact on China’s human resource service industry which is based on’labor dispatching’.The whole China’s human resource service industry suddenly stalls and is facing a major change and transformations after experienced vigorous development,thus the new concept of’human resources service outsourcing’generates.YT company has branches throughout the province and cities and rich experience. YT company is a comprehensive human resource service enterprise which has further influence than other companies in Shaanxi province,China.This thesis makes a comprehensive and multi-dimension analysis of the marketing environment of the YT company at first from its operating conditions,service products,industry competition situation,the macro environment, etc, according to the current situation that the demanding of consumers on’human resources outsourcing services’ of the YT company is increasingly intensifying after the Provisional Rules of Labor Dispatch is published.Through the analysis, we identify the opportunities of business transformation and weaknesses in technology,products,talent team construction,etc.As while as, the thesis is aware of the threat of the YT company from competitors,customers and innovation of service product,etc.What’s more,the thesis masters the advantages and disadvantages of the YT company in the marketing competition.After the analysis, the thesis combines with the characteristics of the YT company as a human resources service enterprise, segments the market the YT company is facing and selects the target market for the YT company, then the thesis establishes the marketing positioning of’ aiming at big clients, speeding up business transformation’.Closely around the marketing positioning, the thesis designs two sets of human resources service outsourcing products which are of strong practicability and operability and puts forward the marketing mix strategy of product, price, customer, personnel, tangible demonstration and process management as well as Safeguard measures that could support the strategy implement smoothly.The thesis is based on the strategies of the promotion of human resources outsourcing, outsourcing industry, hoping to serve the YT company and help the same industrial firms.
