With the development of the world economical situation, the progress of globalization is speeding up. The multinational corporations have more requirements of M&A. As a high technology field, communication companies have some characteristics. Under this background, this paper mainly took a depth analysis on the M&A of AB network, in order to provide a reference for other multinational corporations.First, this article analyzed the background, propose and method of this research, then explained some concepts referred in it. Secondly, the inside and outside situation of the company M&A was described. At the meantime, the M&A strategy of AB network was reviewed. Compared the company performance and synergy effects after the reorganization, the author evaluated the achievements of reorganization strategy and raised some ideas. Based on the financial report forms, this paper had come up with the performance evaluation system for the assets reorganization. The result shows that AB Network has better business income, operation ability and management capability after reorganization. As a knowledge-based company, AB network had achievements easier in technology and management reorganization but didn’t pay enough emphasis on corporate culture reorganization. At the end of this paper, some advices and proposals have been presented. It was hoped to be helpful for other multinational corporations in communication field.
