In recent years, The traditional telecommunications business ’s ARPU value is getting low. Telecom operators have transformed from the beginning of communication service provider to integrated information service provider. The competition is begging fierce increasingly. It is very important for Hunan Unicom to seize the market opportunities, and to narrow the gap with competitors.The author makes a deep analysis on Hunan Unicom information navigation service’s marketing environment, business development and marketing strategy. Then the author put forward some suggestions on marketing strategies optimization of Hunan Unicom information navigation service through the PEST analysis, SWOT analysis and benchmarking comparison analysis methods.In this paper, the author propose the "take-ism" spirit and puts forward many good ideas on the product planning, marketing channels, promotion, integration of resources, business training, organization structure, salary structure etc.Finally, the writer draw some conclusions on this study. on the one hand, Hunan Unicom need to vigorously develop the information navigation service, On the other hand, Hunan Unicom shoule improve service levels and improve customer satisfaction also. On this basis, Hunan Unicom will improve the comprehensive competition strength.
