Since the reform and opening up country of china, especially in the past two decades, China’s GDP alway keep on the hight level and now has become an important global economies. Since the china’s industrial rapid development, especially in the automotive industry, that the reason let’s demand of natural rubber rapid increase.Even though Yunnan, Guangdong, Hainan and other southern regions of China a mass production of natural rubber, But still far from being able to meet the huge demand of the industrial production of natural rubber, there is a huge gap between supply and demand, can only rely heavily on imports. At present, China has become the main natural rubber producing country, including Thailand, focusing on the development of the market. Although Thailand is the number one of the world’s natural rubber producing and exporter, but including Malaysia, Indonesia and some of the main natural rubber producing countries also attaches great importance to the natural rubber trade with China, these countries highlight the characteristics of different varieties of natural rubber on the market to compete with Thailand, and show the threaten with Thailand’s competitive advantage in China’s natural rubber imports market.In view of this, the study of Thailand’s comparative advantage in China’s natural rubber imports and improvement strategy are very important.In this paper, based on the review of literature and theory of natural rubber trade and combing,have analysis Thailand and China natural rubber production, consumption, import and export of the basic situation and development trend; And revealed comparative advantage index through a lot of calculation and analysis of the import and export data, for analysis Thailand advantage in China’s natural rubber imports market; Finally, analyzed the problems and causes of Thailand exported natural rubber to China and suggestions to enhance the natural rubber in Thailand’s comparative advantage in the China market.
