Study Of The Development Of Natural Rubber In Thailand

Natural rubber is an important industrial raw material, which has important strategic significance. Thailand is the world’s number one country in planting and producing rubber. Rubber production plays a very important role for the manufacturer that’s give them a large amount of income every year. And it contributes to the development of the industries and the progress of science and technology. The rubber industry has an irreplaceable position in the national economy in Thailand. In recent years, Thailand rubber industry has been rapidly growing but in meanwhile problems are occurring, as example:an oversupply of the rubber market. Because of that the rubber price fluctuates causing bigger economical problems.This paper is divided into seven parts in total to be discussed. Respectively, from the development process of the natural rubber industry in Thailand, the Thai natural rubber industry advantages and disadvantages of natural rubber in Thailand’s industrial competitiveness cultivate perspectives to study issues related to Thailand’s natural rubber industry.By comparison of the data verification reports, interviews and other staff research methods, reveals the history of natural rubber in Thailand, detailing the current status of development, analysis of the current constraints of the rapid development of Thailand’s natural rubber industry factors, and future trends make pre-judgment. Also proposed to rationalize their own recommendations to guide the Thai rubber industry to achieve sustainable development, in order to continuously bring economic benefits to Thailand and the Thai people. Through research, we find that the current Thai natural rubber industry opportunities and challenges, by adjusting the industrial structure, increase research and development, we have the ability and promising bigger, stronger natural rubber industry.
