A Study On The Country Economy Transformation And Development Of JinShi City

As we all know, the county’s economic development and growth in the new era is strategic initiatives of solving the "three rural" issue and urban and rural integrated development, is important content of the construction on small towns、the comprehensive construction on well-off society、building the new socialist countryside and increase farmers’ income. This article carefully combed the economy theory of sustainable development theory、industrial transformation theory、low-carbon economic theory、dual economic theory that provide theoretical support for the county’s economic transformation and development in Jinshi City.In recent years, based on it’s location resources, culture and other advantages, based on firmly grasping the strategic opportunities including the Rising strategy of Central China、the construction of economic and ecological in Dongting lake、the urban agglomerations of3+5in Hunan province, and so on, based on persevere in scientific development and grasping the law of development in building a harmonious society, Jinshi City achieved social and economic rapid development, urban and rural environment has undergone a leaping change. However, in the process of economic and social development, Jinshi City still faces extensive mode of economic growth, irrational industrial structure, urban and rural development imbalance and other issues. Therefore, only correctly understanding the problems of economic and social development in Jinshi City, by speeding up transformation of economic development mode, the county’s economic in Jinshi City can achieve sound and rapid economic development.Although there are a lot of problems in the development process of jinshi City’s county economy, but there are still a lot of favorable opportunities for the transformation and development of jinshi City’s county economy in the development process of hunan province and the county. Such as:the Rising strategy of Central China、 the construction of economic and ecological in Dongting lake、the urban agglomerations of3+5in Hunan province、a new round of economic structural adjustment inside and outside China. Based on fully understanding and grasping the problems and opportunities in the development process of jinshi City’s county economy, this paper presents the general idea、strategic positioning and principles for the transformation and development of jinshi City’s county economy, and put forward concrete policy recommendations from industrial development, urban construction, policy support, protection measures to promote the transformation and development of jinshi City’s county economy.
