At the same time, There is certain guidance and reference significance in the study of rural tourism in Hunan province and even the whole country.this article through interview and questionnaire survey combined with literature research method to found that Xiangxiang City has many problems in develop rural tourism, for example, rural tourism planning is not scientific, cultural content is low, lack of features, management system is bad, operation mode is down, scale limit, high-quality talent lack, etc; Therefore, based on the successful experiences in other regions for reference,I puts forward some countermeasures and suggestions. Firstly, we should raise awareness, strengthen the guidance and promote sound and fast development of rural tourism. We can plan carefully, strengthen the layout and promote the healthy development of rural tourism. We should solid foundation,improve the environment and promote the standardization of the rural tourism development to create high-quality service.
