| Salary relates closely to the personal interests of the employees and also the development of the enterprise. It is an important part of human resources management. To formulate a reasonable incentive salary system could enhance the core competitiveness of the enterprise and provide power for sustainable and stable development of the enterprise.Linking theory with practice, this paper applies the theory of motivation and salary to the situation of Changfeng automobile R&D Company, through salary survey and analysis of the current situation, studies the management setup, salary structure, Project team work flow and Performance appraisal system on the basis of the salary system design program.At first this paper presents the contents and study methods of this paper, sums up the related salary and incentive theory; secondly introduces the old salary system and states the present situation of Changfeng automobile R&D, analyses the problems of the old salary system; subsequently this paper researches the new salary system on the basis of the design flow, focus on the embodiment of the incentive effect. At last combines with the salary survey, we evaluate the implementation and effect of the incentive salary system; summarize the advantages, disadvantages and improvement measures. |
