A company is a large state-owned enterprise in Shaanxi province.Under the long-term state owned enterprise management system,there are many problems in the management of the enterprise.In recent years,A company has achieved certain results,the enterprise also has a certain scale of development,in the current stage of development,the level of enterprise management will determine the future development of A company.For A companies,they need to consider how the scientific salary management to enhance the level of human resource management,fully stimulate and mobilize the enthusiasm of the staff,and explore the staff potential,for the development of enterprises growth contribution.In this context.In this paper,the A present salary management status for were detailed investigation and research,analysis,and through the detailed investigation and study to understand currently employs for A salary management views,needs and recoAendations,suAed up the problems existing in the salary management of A.Based on using related salary management theory and methods,the A to establish a relatively perfect salary management system.In salary management,A company should start with the evaluation of job level,introduction of technical title system,let employees get more personal promotion and development opportunities,and through the establishment of technology promotion channel and administrative promotion channel dual channel promotion mechanism,encourage more employees to improve their technical level;secondly,A company to enhance the night shift allowances and subsidies,and subsidies to Tianjin technology promotion channel combination and administrative promotion channel,at the same level of employees should enjoy the same level of subsidies,improve technical staff allowance level;thirdly,A will increase the proportion of performance pay in the whole salary structure and give full play to the performance salary incentive effect.In terms of performance management,the A company to improve the performance plan,performance implementation,performance appraisal,performance coAunication and feedback,and the application of performance result into an organic whole,and the establishment of the performance management system of closed loop,through these activities between the interaction,thus in the A company scope through the application of performance management system to effectively achieve business objectives.
