Abstract/Summary:
Wage distribution is related to the development of society and economy, which macroscopically relates to the healthy development and stable run of economy in a country and microscopically is a key factor to decide the success or failure of an organization. The effective enterprise’s wage management can play an important role in encouragement, which can positively influence the staff’s working attitude, behavior and performance. On the opposite, it seriously keeps enterprise back from development. Therefore, how to make a wage management system that is scientific, reasonable and suitable for the enterprise development strategy and long term target. On the premise of reasonably paying, inspiring staff to work as hard as possible, which is an important issue that should be solved by Yingxing Decoration Company as well as other enterprises, and it is the core comment of this paper.With the theory of overall wage management system and on the basis of analysing the current wage management system of Yingxing Decoration Company, this paper proposes the basic and supporting measures to perfect the wage management system of Yingxing Decoration Company. This paper summarizes the current condition of main business, organization structure, development strategy, human resource and wage management system in Yingxing Decoration Company. The existing problems of the current wage management system were found by using compa-ratio and questionnaire survey. The wage management system was led into the overall wage management system according to the problems. Five basic measures were proposed, which includes:setting up double track promotion system, perfecting performance check up system, improving post wage structure and making flexible work system and training system. Meanwhile, in order to smoothly implement the basic measures, supporting measures were made in the following three aspects:wage control, managing and coordinating inner transfer of the staff and support from company leaders as well as understanding from the staff. On the theory of overall wage management system, this paper proposes a series of improving measures for Yingxing Decoration Company. It has reference value to a certain extent for other enterprises of its kind.
