The Diagnosis And The Improvement Plan Of The Knowledge Management In SZ Power Supply Bureau And The Designation Of Improvement

With the development of society and economy, the business management improves. Knowledge management is being applied in modern business management due to the its advantages which can improve the production efficiency, save cost and promote people’s creativityThe research object of this paper is the knowledge management situation of SZ Power Supply Bureau. The paper analyzed the knowledge management of SZ Power Supply Bureau, and puts forward improving measures. The main work is showing below:1) The paper analyzed the external environment and the management in SZ Power Supply Bureau’s, the paper confirmed that knowledge management in SZ Power Supply Bureau is necessary.2)At first we diagnosed knowledge management in SZ Power Supply Bureau by the capability maturity model of knowledge management. And we conducted a questionnaire survey in several departments of SZ Power Supply Bureau. Based on the analysis to the data obtained, we conducted the gap analysis of knowledge management status and knowledge management goal.Then we analyzed the critical success factors of knowledge management in SZ power supply bureau based on the theory of critical success factors. Finally, combined with the key success factors of knowledge management, we get the current state of knowledge management and shortcomings from the "people","process" and "technology" three aspects.3) Based on the analysis above, we get the plan to improve the knowledge management from the "people","process" and "technology" dimension.4) The step and ensuring measure of the plan based on the diagnosis result is put forward.This study shows high reference value to the knowledge management of power supply enterprise and also has guiding function for common enterprise.There are13charts,16table and45reference.
