The Research Of Capital Management System Optimizing Of Demonstration Power Plant Company During The Construction Period

Demonstration power station company as China third generation nuclear power technology independent intellectual property of carrier, using shareholders system and management culture advantage, with short3years time quickly established full of management system, but away from fine of management requirements still has a big gap. For guarantee demonstration power station construction of smooth implementation, and also for ensure demonstration power station company "not lost in starting line", the construction period capital management system optimization work is imminent. As a new company, the establishment and optimization of various kinds of management systems are extremely urgent. This paper is intended to discuss the optimization of capital management system of Demonstration Power Plant Company during construction period.The main contents of this paper are as follows:firstly, through field survey and research of the capital budget management, financing management, billing management, financial risk management, and tax planning management of Demonstration Power Plant Company in the construction period, this paper has scanned and diagnosed each link of the capital management system, analyzed the characteristics of the Demonstration Power Plant Company’s capital management in the construction period, introduced the major problems and difficulties existed in this capital management system, offered specific proposals of how to optimize it and how to implement those proposals; secondly, this paper has proposed a capital risk management optimization model from the perspective of risk identification and management control; thirdly, it has discussed the guarantee system of the implementation of the capital management system’s optimization; lastly, in the end of this paper it has drawn the conclusion of the study and briefed on the deficiencies of the study and follow-up work needed to be done in the future. Through combining the methods of literature research, system analysis, interview, quantitative analysis and qualitative description etc., this paper aims to reveal the characteristics of the Demonstration Power Plant Company’s capital management system, introduce the problems existed in the current capital management, offer some specific implementation proposals so as to optimize its capital management system and reduce its fund management risk. In this way, it intends to provide some support for the completion of Demonstration Power Plant Company’s construction goals and help to lay a solid foundation for its sustainable development.
