Analysis On Project Management Mode Of College Capital Construction Based On AHP & Gray Theory

In 21st century, globe competitions and state objects require faster development of higher education. Since 1990, government launched some policies that encourages and promotes its development. Higher education has developing since then till now, and will go on a very long term. It's called the golden period of Higher education.Along with the development of higher education, the capital construction of college should also expand rapidly. Actually, amount of college construction not only new building but conversion and extension kept growing in recent years. College construction in modern times had some features: modern education method required buildings with the function of audio, video, multimedia, internet, Satellite Communication; with the scale of higher education getting bigger, the scale of college construction should be bigger. That demanded more professional ability both in construction technique and management than before.The construction management of college had formed an integrated system by learning the modern project management knowledge and construction practices, and that system is suitable for nowadays construction. However, we should search new model of construction project management to fit the development of future.Analytic hierarchy process (AHP) and Grey theory were either effective out of comprehensive analysis methods. The article combined then together to analyze the model of college capital construction project management.Based on the Questionnaire collected from several college, by using Analytic hierarchy process (AHP) and Grey theory, the article summed the influence factors of the models of college construction project management, formed an after-evaluation system for the construction management. According to analyze the practical project, the article summarized different situations for different project management models, expatiated the control point in college construction management. Also, introduced "Agent construction System Management Mode" as a forecast. At last, the article gave propose to the development of college construction management.
