The Research And Program Design On Fund Management Of Group Enterprise

With the rapid development of market economy and enterprises, a large numberof Cross-sectoral,cross-regional business groups has been emerged in China. Groupcompanies are increasingly becoming multi-regional, diversified trend. Existingtraditional decentralization in management and accounting system has been verydiffieult to meet the need of business enterprise colleetivization management anddeveloPment.In the era of cash is king.As the core of the fund management groupmanagers, financial management is given more and more attention. Many groups takethe fund management as one of the core development strategies. With the help of theprofessional ERP, group has set up a special fund management sector to build thecentralized management platform.Based on the Internal Capital Market Theory and Funds Cost Theory, thisdissertation adopts the methods of normative study and case ana lysis to elaborate theconcept of group companies and group enterprise fund management, analysis of thecharacteristics of conglomerates, study the CFM of enterprise groups. This paperdescribes, analyzes and compares the character and appliance of five model of CFM.Besides, it takes the model of cash settlement center as the emphasis. From the viewof establishing mechanisms of the settlement fund management center, this paperintroduces the construction of funds management and control platform for theenterprise groups. The experienee of “A” corporation group in CFM praetice was alsoused for referenee. The thesis takes the example of “A” corporation group in CFMpraetice and uese the flow chart in software to show the whole procedure ofCFM.And it hopes to provide the guidance to the corporation group who prepaer toimplement CFM. It terms to provide practical basis for the development of thecompany’s capital management in both theoretical and practical way, and then guidethe implementation of the scientific enterprise group capital management.
