Study On Development For Agrieultural Informatization Of Anhui Province

With the continuous development of human society, information has become an extremely important strategic resources, Information technology has become the key technical factors of promoting the economic development and social progress. Agricultural informatization is the process for improvement and application of traditional agriculture to use modern information technology. Its goal is to make the effective development and utilization of agricultural information resources, to promote the sustainable development of agricultural economy and the comprehensive progress of rural society. In recent years, China has always attached great importance to promote the work of agricultural informatization. Early in2005, the central file No.l requires "to strengthen the construction of agricultural information", every year after that, the central file No.1also had different degree relates to the agricultural informatization, such as this year highlights:To accelerate the construction of modern agriculture by means of information, To promote the national rural informatization construction of pilot province; to develop vigorously agricultural information service, to accelerate the broadband network infrastructure of rural information construction and so on. The eighteen Party Congress report also put forward: adhere to the road of new industrialization, informatization, urbanization, agricultural modernization with Chinese characteristics in order to promote the "four modernizations" synchronous development. At present, agricultural information technology has penetrated into every field of before、medium and after our agriculture production, to use modern information technology for transformation of traditional agriculture and to make the information technology combined with traditional agriculture, it will become the inevitable trend of modern agricultural development.Based on the analysis of foreign and China’s current agricultural informatization development, this thesis studies focusing on the problems and countermeasures of development of agricultural informatization in Anhui Province. The main work is as follows:(1) On the basis of literature review, further defined the concept and connotation of agricultural informatization under the new situation;(2) Analysis and comparison of the developing process of foreign agricultural information and the reference for the agricultural informatization construction in china;(3) Analysis the current situation, advantages and restrictive factors of the agricultural informationization development in China, combining with the actual situation in Anhui Province In-depth discussion;(4) Put forward the development of Anhui province agriculture informationization strategy and guarantee measures.The current agriculture development in our country is the period of transition from the traditional agriculture to the modern agriculture, promotion of agricultural informatization is an important way to speed up the construction of modern agriculture. Anhui province is a major agricultural province and also has more agricultural population. How to make a major agricultural province into a strong agricultural province, it is very important to carry out research and development of agricultural informatization. To speed up the construction of agricultural information,using agricultural informationization to promote industrialization of agriculture and agricultural modernization, thus it can gradually narrow the "digital gap between urban and rural areas in Anhui",to promote the Anhui new rural construction of socialism and harmonious development of social economy. From the aspects of government consciousness, capital investment, agricultural information service personnel, agricultural information collecting and processing, the thesis points out the restriction factors of agricultural informatization construction in Anhui Province; put forwards that we should innovate sustainable development mechanism of agricultural informatization、perfect personnel construction of agricultural information service strengthen the publicity and training,bring the farmers’information needs, perfect agricultural information service system,strengthen agricultural information standardization construction and agricultural information infrastructure construction, through "the last mile" and also perfect agriculture IOT、e-commerce of agricultural products etc., as a countermeasure to promote the development of agricultural information in Anhui Province.
