Study On Development Strategies Of Agricultural Mechanization In Anhui Province

Entering into the 21^st century, the development of agricultural mechanization is closely related to the development of modern agriculture, the new socialist countryside, comprehensive construction of well-off society, and the process of socialist modernization. In other words, the development of agricultural mechanization is an important basis of the agricultural construction. With the development of agriculture and rural economy, the structure of labor force is changing rapidly. Promoting and speeding up the development of agricultural mechanization is an essential requirement to the adjustment of agricultural structure and enhancement of comprehensive agricultural production capacity. So, it is a major strategic subject to quickly upgrade the development of agricultural mechanization, narrow the gap with advanced provinces and cities, enhance the economic strength of Anhui Province, and to achieve a major agricultural province.This article firstly analyzes the phases, the status quo, and the developing environment of agricultural mechanization in Anhui Province. Statistics shows that the total power and amount of agricultural machinery is in growth. Meanwhile, the agricultural machinery and equipment production capacity, as well as the operating level are improving. However, agricultural mechanization of Anhui Province is still in the early stages, since Anhui Province is not a powerful agricultural province. Secondly, the relative shortage of agricultural resources in Anhui Province and the proportion accounted for mountain hills is not conducive to the development of agricultural mechanization and large-scale operation. In recent years, although the government is increasing the subsidy of the purchasing for agricultural machinery, yet, financial investment in machinery is still limited. With the national subsidy, more and more farmers purchase agricultural machinery. With the low level of agricultural machinery manufacturing industry and the lack of research and innovation, the agricultural machinery of our province is mostly dependent on export-oriented input, which is not conducive to the development of the province. Thirdly, to make quantitative prediction of the situation in the development of agricultural mechanization in the future is to form the layout of the four categories of regional development strategy, according to the principle of coordinated development. Fourthly, the guiding ideology and basic principles of development strategy of Anhui agricultural mechanization is proposed. Meanwhile, the overall and specific strategic objectives, and strategic layout are put forward. Aiming at Anhui agricultural mechanization for the development strategy, relevant measures are formulated in line with the agricultural mechanization of Anhui Province, including the industrialization of agricultural machinery, agricultural machinery services, and the establishment of safety codes.This article holds that to achieve a high level of agricultural mechanization is a progressive and systematic process to develop practical and strategic objectives, in accordance with this goal, agricultural mechanization should be promoted in a planned, step-by-step way. Therefore, in order to achieve the prosperity of agricultural mechanization and sustainable development, it is a must to fully understand the impact of agricultural mechanization and production, to form a reasonable strategy with the realization of the new situation and the development of specific tasks.
