Tourism is an important support for China’s GDP. The competition between travel companies has been intense since China joined WTO. As an important branch of tourism, travel agency industry is more prominent in the aspect. For the travel agency industry, the key is the competition of talents, who are called the industry’s current assets. As the brain drain is a dead strike to this industry, considering what influence the brain drain at the enterprise organizational level has been a valuable research project and provides theoretical and practical references to resolving the phenomenon in our nation’s travel agency industry.Through making a literal review, this paper finds out that though the above phenomenon in our nation’s travel agency industry is getting increasingly prominent and the related research is gradually increasing, most research only deals with the theoretical discussions instead of the empirical research. Hence, many theoretical research results remain to be studied. However, starting with the current situation of China’s travel agency industry, this paper conducts field research and interviews, collects268valid samples, uses the SPSS and LISREL software to test its theoretical hypotheses, and finally reaches the following conclusions:(1) The salary system, the training system, and the internal communication significantly correlate with the intention of talents in the travel agencies to drain, and the perfection of organizational factors can decrease the willingness of talents in the industry to drain.(2) The internal satisfaction and the external satisfaction, which are equally important and indispensable, prominently correlate with the intention of talents to drain.(3) Value commitment and effort commitment are significantly related to the intention of talents to drain, and making efforts to get recognition is more likely to affect the stability of talents’ work than retention commitment.(4) Age and education level are two crucial personal factors affecting the brain drain in the travel agencies.Basing on the above empirical results, this paper offers the corresponding enlightenments and suggestions in the end.
