Competition successfully in market is the basis of the survival and development ofCommercial Banks. The marketing managers are the main participants of the marketingactivities of commercial Banks. Therefore it’s very important to select and trainmarketing staff reasonably by building a set of reasonable competence evaluation systemfor sales staff for commercial Banks.This paper took the sales staff of Evergrowing Bank CO.,LTD as an object; build aset of reasonable competence evaluation system for sales staff for commercial Banks byconsulting experts, combining with the actual. We get the weight of each index byCombing with the expert scoring method and analytic hierarchy process (ahp).on thisbasis we slightly revised evaluation system using the data of the Nanjing north branch,Evergrowing Bank CO.,LTD. Verified the rationality of model by Correlation analysis,and evaluated the competence of the marketing staff by fuzzy evaluation method. Andput forward countermeasures and suggestions.A Complete competence evaluation system includes the index system and weightsystem. The results show that, the competency evaluation index system of the marketingstaffs of commercial bank includes two first-level indicators, namely explicit competenceand potential competence, The weight vector is (0.6667,0.6667).7secondary indexes,namely, knowledge, skills, social capital, this situation; Values, motivations, andself-image, the weight vectors of the Two groups of index are (0.1654,0.4278,0.3598,0.1654) and (0.6738,0.2255,0.6738) respectively. And there are21tertiary indicators.The result of the correlation analysis between the competence and performanceverified the rationality of the model. The Results of the fuzzy evaluation show that theexplicit competence levels of the samples are in the medium, the potential competencelevels of the samples are low. But the overall competences are high. Therefore we canimprove the competence of the staffs by Attaching great importance to the employees’cultural construction and the ability training of employees, paying attention to employeecareer, arousing teachers’ professional ideal, inspecting applicant dimensionally, andrecruiting good marketers.
