The building industry is pillar industry in the national economy, the building industryhave prominent function in the national economy development. Although our countrybuilding industry obtain development in recent years, compare flourishing nation, is still far!The building industry wants to promote competition ability and human resources become aninitial factor. The item manager is the leader and governor of item construction, to itemconstruction of mold of success or failure, enterprise image with promote, building industry’sdevelopment all have importance of influence. However, on the other hand building industryexistence personnel mobility, work environment more bad, work community lack the inherentproperty of stability, on the other hand, the item manager have work flexibility andindependence. Therefore, how to the item manager carry on encourage and management,promote item manager’s work performance, become building enterprise human resourcemanagement work’s difficulties.We know that psychological contract and organizational commitment this two conceptand main factor all possibility influence work performance of item manager through literatureand investigation. Psychological contract, organizational commitment and work performanceexistence complications of correlation. The paper study influence relation and influencemechanism among psychological contract, organizational commitment and work performanceof item manager in building industry based literature.At summary former foundation concerning work performance and its impact factorresearch, we develop research frame include psychological contract, organizationalcommitment, perceived organizational support and work performance through literatureanalyses, open investigate, depth interview and questionnaire, put forward correspond ofresearch assumption and total research design.Draw up a questionnaire on this foundation and carry on empirical studies. Pass to carryon description analysis, correlation analysis and regression analysis, get as follows result:(1)psychological contract influence organization commitment;(2) psychological contractinfluence task performance and contextual performance;(3) organization commitmentinfluence task performance and contextual performance;(4) perceived organizational support negatively moderate the relationship between psychological contract and organizationcommitment;(5) perceived organizational support negatively moderate the relationshipbetween organization commitment and work performance.This research put forward concept model of the relationship among Psychologicalcontract, organizational commitment and work performance, and carry on quantitative study,have certain of reference meaning related research. At management practice up, this researchfor exaltation our country enterprise employee work performance provide new way ofthinking, enterprise should active exaltation employee psychological contract, organizationalcommitment, work performance and core competitiveness.
