With the arrival of knowledge and economy era, the fundamental change has occurred onthe relation between enterprise and employee due to the constantly penetrating reformation ofenterprises in China and the great adjustment on employment system. If enterprise desires tobe in a good position in the increasingly fierce competitive environment, the key is therelation between enterprise and employee whether is harmonious and steady or not. Thispaper studies three crucial variables to the relation between enterprise and employee, i.e.psychological contract, organizational commitment, job satisfaction and the relation amongthem, measuring the psychological contract condition of employee and further promotingorganizational commitment and job satisfaction of employee.The research chooses four hundred and twenty staff from state-owned enterprises andprivate enterprises of Northeast as the research object, does the investigation and research onthe condition of psychological contract, organizational commitment and job satisfaction anddiscusses the relation among psychological contract, organizational commitment and jobsatisfaction. The results of research indicate:(1) The psychological contract condition of investigated employees on the whole is atthe medium and even higher level, organizational commitment condition at the medium andabove level, and job satisfaction condition at the medium and higher level.(2) There is a notable difference on parts of demographic variables to psychologicalcontract, organizational commitment and job satisfaction.(3) There is the positive correlation existing in psychological contract and jobsatisfaction of employees, there is the remarkable positive correlation in psychologicalcontract and organizational commitment of employees, and there is the striking positivecorrelation existing in organizational commitment and job satisfaction of employees.(4)Psychological contract and organizational commitment of employees could predictjob satisfaction, and organizational commitment functions as middleman betweenpsychological contract and job satisfaction.
