The Rural Financial Resources Allocation Efficiency Research In Yunnan Province

As the core of modern economy and rural economy in China, finance plays an irreplaceable role in solving the problems in issues concerning agriculture, countryside and farmers. Under the condition of market economy, along with the enhancement of financial resource allocation efficiency, reasonable and optimized financial resource allocation will greatly promote the development of rural economy. It even determines the extent. However, in rural economic development speed and efficiency in a certain Yunnan province, which is a multinational province in border area, many problems big farming production such as insufficient rural financial support and fund-raising difficulties in rural micro-economic main effects the efficiency of rural financial resource allocation. Thus improving body rural financial resource allocation mechanism and promoting allocation efficiency has great importance to push forward rural economic development and build a new socialist countryside.On the basis of financial efficiency theory, referencing the research achievement in domestic and abroad, through normative, positive, qualitative and quantitative analysis methods, this paper puts forward a policy proposal of optimizing rural financial resource allocation and accelerating allocation efficiency on the basis of theoretical and positive analyzing rural financial resource allocation efficiency in Yunnan province. There are three parts in this paper. The first part includes1st and the2st chapter. This part indicates research background and significance and makes a brief introduction in the current research situation in domestic and abroad. Research concept and main content are raised and theoretical base of rural financial resource allocation efficiency is founded in this part. The second part includes30nd,4rd and5th chapter. Based on the actual conditions in Yunnan province, through collecting and analyzing YB data, the current situation of rural financial resource allocation in monetary form, credit form, organization form and nonbank financial resource in Yunnan Province is objectively elaborated. Through positive analysis on panel data, the integral rural financial resource allocation efficiency and efficiency difference in different regions is analyzed and makes a conclusion. The reason of low rural financial resource allocation efficiency in Yunnan province is analyzed in depth. The third part is the6t" chapter. On the basis of analysis and combined with the actual situation in Yunnan province, relevant policy suggestions are raised, that is strengthening the main body function in allocating rural financial resource, improving rural financial allocation mechanism, accelerating innovation in financial product and service and providing differentiated service, optimizing rural financial ecological environment in Yunnan province.
