As the request of China’s market-oriented reform continue to deepen, China’s refined oil market gradually open, diversification of refined oil retail business, China’s refined oil retail market has market gradually transition from the seller to the buyer. Transparency in China’s refined oil pricing mechanism gradually make gas station into the "small profit era," gas station is weakening profit ability, in order to survive and sustainable development in the future competition, gas station must continuously improve customer satisfaction to win customers. This research about home and abroad customer satisfaction is based on related theory and application research, building customer satisfaction evaluation index system of gas station, using the mysterious customer access to the implementation of the gas station customer satisfaction of Kunming area some gas assessment,overall satisfaction79.1,through analyzing the gas station customer satisfaction evaluation, points out the problems existing in gas station customer satisfaction and reason analysis, the gas station customer satisfaction strategy accordingly.The purpose of this paper is to build and use customer satisfaction evaluation system, gas station for gas station customer satisfaction evaluation and analysis, gas station customer satisfaction strategy, to improve the level of gas station operation and management to seek a feasible way.
