With the rapid development of national economy, the logistics industry market demandcontinued to expand.B Logistics Company is an integrated logistics enterprise in China. It provides supplychain services, express services, electronic commerce services and logistics software servicesto customers. Express Department mainly engaged in cross regional LTL transportationbusiness.There are more than30distribution centers and more than400network to join theexpress network. For B Logistics Company it is very important that how to selectand evaluatethe express franchisers.Considering of the actual situation of the B Logistic company, at the very beginningmake the assess indicators with brainstorm and a fish-bone diagram. The indicators are theclient resource, logistic experience, historycooperation, facilities and equipment, address,work team, ability of the franchiser and loyalty. Then calculate the weight of each index so asto select the best site franchisee. Finally, for the selected express franchiser, make the sensibleindicators which are volume of program completion rates, rate of timely receipt of orders,timely rate, quality evaluation and behavior evaluation items to access its service level inorderto guide the next. Analyze the lack of the research and evolve a plan for the future.
