Study On The Indicator System Evaluating High-tech SMEs In HeFei

During the developing process of the High-tech SMEs, financing is always the core factor that restricts its development. Traditional capital dare not invest on these enterprises because of its high-risk. Venture capital emerges as the time requires.These investors need to get logical criteria to evaluate the enterprises invested,filter the enterprises that deserve invested mostly.But the technical enterprises have the characteristics of high-risk,high-investment,high pullulating and high profit.Thus the evaluation of these enterprises is different from traditional enterprises. So how to establish a set of indicator system evaluating the High-tech SMEs is the problem investors face.In order to solve this problem,this article designs a set of indicator system evaluating g the High-tech SMEs in HeFei, depending on investigation and literature reading. Basing on the indicator system, using SPSS,I make a factor analysis of the enterprises investigated. The result shows that this indicator system is feasible.At the same time,I get that the ability of market deploitation and management ability is more important factor.
