Increasing number of domestic pets causes pet services industry develops rapidly, but as a domestic emerging industry, the brand positioning and operation management are not perfect, so that the subsequent development of the brand relatively is weak, and there is no national excellence brand now. ADB was founded in this context, after more than one year operation, business model, brand positioning, management and operation are tested by the market, and achieve good examination results.In order to replicate existing experience to expand, getting investment is the only way. In the business plan section, this thesis details the ADB brand’s market capacity, industry competition, brand positioning, business models, pricing strategy, management, operation, and lists financing plan and investment plan. Later depth-study on strategic analysis and strategic choices and chain causes and patterns.This thesis first described the background and significance in the introduction; Next comes the text used in research related to strategy, marketing, human resource management and chain theory; followed by a full business plan, which is a complete and comprehensive description of this stage of the market conditions, competitive landscape and highlights the case of existing ADB stores, the final part in the plan is risk analysis and investment and financing plans; fourth part is deep study for key decisions, this thesis selects two points at strategic and chain in-depth analysis, in strategic analysis part, use PEST model and five-force model to research the external and industry environment and use EFE matrix to score ADB external environment, followed on ADB internal resources and capacity to analyze and use the IFE matrix to score, and integrated EFE and IFE scores to make strategic choice decisions; final part of the conclusions of the paper.
