| With the fast progress of the civil air-transportation industry, the phenomena of irregular flights is becoming increasingly common, due to meteorological conditions, technical failures in the aircraft, air traffic control, breakdowns in aircraft ground servicing equipment and some uncontrolled factors. Irregular flights occur oftentimes, which not only result in huge economic losses to airlines but also bring on bad reputation to airlines. Therefore, it becomes the major focus of airline’s control operation management to promote the plan and the capabilities of irregular flights, and to keep airlines credibility.Because of irregular flight, the conflicts between passengers and airline always happen, more and more airlines realize that aircraft equipped state-of-the-art can not effectively participate in international competition, only improving service quality and passenger satisfaction is the best way in the competition.This paper emphasizes on the research of the model of irregular flight operation, which gives some references to dispatchers. With the related research, we discuss and develop the model of irregular flight operational cost, including direct cost and indirect cost, and we focuses on indirect cost, with the analysis of indirect cost, we know satisfaction degree is the main factor. Then, we redesign the evaluation model of satisfaction degree, the extenics theory and fuzzy language operator of fuzzy math are applied to analyze service about irregular flight, which is described in formalized and quantitative way. Finally, we design experimental data, experimental background and experimental process. We compare cost of irregular flight in different satisfaction scheme. The data obtained by the evaluation model determines the main factor, according to the main factors, airlines are provided a theoretical basis and data support; then, we prove the cost of irregular flight is minimum in the recovery of flight plan by optimization of satisfaction... |
